Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution &
- Supervision: Oversee day-to-day installation of HVAC, electrical wiring/panels, plumbing (PHE), fire fighting systems, and low-voltage (ELV/BMS) services as per approved GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings.

- Inter-Service Coordination: Read, interpret, and resolve technical/clash issues between architectural, structural, and MEP services on-site.

- Quality Assurance &

- Code Compliance: Ensure all MEP installations adhere to NBC (National Building Code), local municipal regulations, IS/ASHRAE/NFPA standards, and safety norms.

- Vendor &

- Subcontractor Handling: Direct contractor labor teams, review work progress, track daily labor/machinery deployment, and certify work completion.

- Testing &

- Commissioning:



Conduct pressure testing, megger testing, load testing, and systematic commissioning of HVAC, pumping, lighting, and fire systems before handover.

- Billing &

- Quantity Tracking: Verify contractor measurements, review Running Account (RA) bills against actual site execution, and monitor BOQ material consumption.

- Documentation &

- Reporting: Maintain site logs, Request for Inspection (RFI) records, snag lists, As-Built drawings, and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager
