We are looking for an experienced MEP Design Manager to lead and manage the complete design and engineering activities for large-scale commercial, Metro, Airport, Data Center, hospitality, healthcare and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete MEP design function covering Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
- Review and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting designs, drawings, specifications and BOQs.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant NBC, IS, ASHRAE, NFPA and other applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, clients and internal project/execution teams.
- Conduct design reviews, value engineering and optimization to improve project cost and efficiency.
- Resolve design and technical issues during execution and ensure timely release of drawings.
- Manage design schedules, consultants and a team of engineers/design professionals.
- Support estimation,



tendering and project teams with technical inputs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 1218 years of experience in MEP design, Hvac Design and engineering.
- Strong exposure to reputed MEP contracting, EPC or construction companies.
- Experience in handling large and complex building projects.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
- Excellent coordination, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates currently working in the Middle East/GCC region and looking to relocate back to India will be highly preferred.
- Exposure to international MEP design standards and execution practices in countries such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman or other GCC markets will be an added advantage.
