Job Title: MEP Engineer (Real Estate) Location: Maan Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with strong expertise in Real Estate projects (Residential & Commercial). The candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP works, facility management, and property management to ensure smooth operations and maintenance.Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise MEP services including Lift, APA, CCTV, WTP, DG, STP systems.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and facility management teams for timely execution and resolution of issues.

- Monitor day-to-day operations of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and security systems.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are implemented effectively.





- Handle facility and property management activities to maintain high standards of operation.

- Prepare reports, checklists, and documentation for management review.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

- Qualification: BE / ME in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 58 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, and Property Management.

- Solid technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in large-scale residential/commercial projects.

- Good coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
