Hiring MEP Design- Electrical/ Mechanical:

Electrical MEP Design JD:

1. Review and validate electrical system designs for residential/commercial/retail projects prepared by consultants.

2. Verify electrical load calculations, demand assessment and optimize load distribution across projects.

3. Review and approve SLDs, GFC drawings (lighting, power, cable tray, conduit, earthing layouts).

4. Evaluate and finalize HT/LT system configurations including transformers, DG sets, UPS, and LT panels.

5. Shall have in depth knowledge of ELV systems, VT, Energy efficiency, latest and advance technology.

6. Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, CEA, CPWD, IEC standards and local authority regulations (e.g., MSEDCL/CEIG).

7. Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and fire teams for integrated project delivery.

Mechanical MEP Design JD:

1. Review and validate MEP designs for Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage systems prepared by consultants.

2.



Verify design calculations fire demand, pump sizing, HVAC load calculations (heat load/tonnage), water demand, and drainage capacity.

3. Review and approve GFC drawings HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, fire fighting systems, plumbing, and drainage layouts.

4. Evaluate system selection and layouts for chillers/VRF systems, ventilation systems, fire pumps, hydrant/sprinkler networks, STP/WTP, and plumbing systems.

5. Ensure accuracy of BOQs, specifications, and equipment sizing in line with project requirements and budgets.

6. Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, IS codes, ASHRAE standards, and local authority requirements (Fire NOC, municipal norms).

7. Monitor site execution of HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing and drainage works as per approved drawings.
