Position

MEP BIM Modeler – Junior to Manager Level

Education

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in relevant Engineering disciplines such as:

- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Other relevant MEP Engineering disciplines

Key Skills

- Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical and ELV systems
- Experience in Navisworks and Clash Detection
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD and model development
- Experience in preparing Shop Drawings and BIM Documentation
- Good coordination skills with Architecture, Structural and MEP teams

Roles & Responsibilities

- Create and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Revit.
- Develop MEP layouts,



shop drawings and coordinated models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Support project delivery, team coordination and timely submission of BIM deliverables.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Commercial Buildings, Residential Projects, Industrial Projects, Data Centers, Hospitals, Hotels and other MEP projects will be preferred.
