Education: Diploma / B.E. – Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical

Experience: 6–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

Manage manpower planning, allocation, attendance, OT, COFF, and daily production activities.

Plan production schedules based on sales targets, job cards, and customer requirements.

Plan raw material requirements and coordinate with Purchase for timely availability.

Monitor production, rejection, CAPA, customer complaints, and process improvements.

Maintain production data in FAP and Tally and update process documents/work instructions.

Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

Manage raw material inventory, stores documentation, dispatch, and monthly business plans.

Ensure 5S, housekeeping, safety, and discipline across the production area.

Coordinate with Quality, Marketing, Purchase, Development, and Maintenance teams to achieve production and KRA targets.

Knowledge of PCB & Assembly Processes.
