Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Noida.

The Medical Sales

Representative will promote and sell Kapardi Pharma and Biome products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and clinics. Daily responsibilities include visiting medical facilities, presenting product information, explaining clinical benefits, and answering technical and commercial questions. The role involves building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, managing sales territories, achieving sales targets, and providing post-sale support.

Representative will also gather market feedback, track competitor activities, and work closely with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and product launches.

Experience: 6 months or above (freshers can apply)

Qualifications

- Strong Medical Sales skills, with experience in promoting pharmaceutical or healthcare products.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product profiles, indications, and safety information.
- Ability to meet sales targets, manage time effectively, and organize territory visits efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with fieldwork, including regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in Noida and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools to maintain accurate sales records.
- Ethical approach to sales, strong professional integrity, and willingness to continuously learn about current products and therapies.
