Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in New Delhi.

The Medical Sales

Representative will promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, and nutraceutical products to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with medical practitioners and distributors, conducting product presentations,



and providing accurate product information in line with regulatory and ethical standards. The role involves regular field visits, territory management, tracking sales performance, and reporting market feedback to support business decisions.

The Medical Sales

Representative will also assist in organizing promotional activities, ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, and collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively present products, address queries, and maintain professional client interactions.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, contraindications, and usage guidelines.
- Candidates should possess a results-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred, along with a diploma or degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with local healthcare markets in New Delhi and proficiency in basic computer and reporting tools would be beneficial.
