About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hardworking, and target-oriented Medical Representative to join our team in Moradabad.
The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales and should be confident in handling doctor and medical-store visits, promoting products, building skilled relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, pharmacies, and medical stores regularly in the assigned territory.
- Promote and explain our medical products professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and medical stores.
- Achieve assigned sales and field-visit targets.
- Develop the market and increase product reach in the assigned territory.
- Follow up with medical stores and ensure product availability.
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
- Understand market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pharma / Medical Sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in doctor and medical-store visits.
- Good understanding of field sales and territory management.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
- Candidates from Moradabad will be preferred.
