Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Executive to manage and accurately enter healthcare-related information into our systems. The ideal candidate should have a understanding of medical terminology and be comfortable working with prescriptions, laboratory reports, consultation notes, and other medical documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter medical and patient-related data accurately into internal systems.
- Read and understand medical reports, prescriptions, diagnostic reports, and consultation notes.
- Identify and correctly enter medical test names, investigation details, and other healthcare information.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital medical records.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Handle documents from hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare providers.
- Identify missing, unclear, or incorrect information and coordinate for clarification when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information.
- Perform regular data verification and quality checks.
- Use MS Excel,



Google Sheets, and healthcare/data-entry software as required.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Good typing speed and high accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to read and understand medical documents.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive data-entry work with accuracy.
- Basic to advance computer knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Healthcare, Medical, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields will be preferred.
- Good medical terminology knowledge can apply.
- Experience in medical data entry, medical records, healthcare operations, or diagnostic documentation is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be able to look at a prescription, consultation note, or laboratory report, understand the medical terminology and test names, and accurately enter the information into the required system. Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month, depending on experience and skills.
