The Medical

Receptionist updates and maintains patient records, processes payments, and works closely with veterinarians and technicians to support smooth clinic operations. The role also includes handling basic administrative tasks, managing waiting room flow, and providing cler, respectful communication to clients regarding clinic policies and services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties skills to manage front desk operations efficiently.




- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette skills to handle client calls and inquiries in a courteous and clear manner.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures to support accurate documentation and clinic workflows.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact empathetically with pet parents and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with scheduling or practice management systems.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- Prior experience in a veterinary clinic, medical office, or customer-facing healthcare environment is an advantage.
