Role Overview

Chirag Remedies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Executive to join our pharmaceutical distribution office in Jaora Compound, Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily customer invoicing, managing billing accuracy, and coordinating with the dispatch team for smooth pharmaceutical order fulfillments.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Invoicing: Generate high-speed, accurate sales bills for retail pharmacies and hospital clients using Marg ERP software.
- Product & Batch Verification: Ensure correct medicine names, batch numbers, manufacturing/expiry dates, rates, and discount schemes are applied to each invoice.
- Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate closely with warehouse/packers to ensure invoiced goods match the physical dispatch and delivery slips.
- Daily Reporting:



Maintain and summarize daily billing totals, cash collections, and sales reports at the end of the shift.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in billing, inventory, or accounts (Prior experience in pharmaceutical wholesale/distribution is highly preferred).
- Software Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Marg ERP (or Tally/Busy ERP) is preferred .
- Technical Skills: Fast typing speed, basic MS Excel skills, and high accuracy in numerical data entry.
- Product Knowledge: Basic familiarity with pharmaceutical brand names, salt names, and drug packaging types.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / B.Sc preferred).

Working Hours & Location

- Shift Duration: 9 Hours per day (Full-Time)
- Work Location: In office at Jaora Compound, Indore, M.P.

Pay: ₹10,557.55 - ₹16,000.00 per month
