Medical Billing Specialist – US Healthcare
Experience: 2+ years in US Medical Billing / RCM
Responsibilities
- Process and submit US medical insurance claims.
- Handle AR follow-up, denials, rejections and appeals.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and post payments.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Follow up with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate patient and billing records.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and meet productivity/quality targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in US Medical Billing/RCM.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOB/ERA and insurance claims.
- Experience with payer portals and billing/EMR systems.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in AR/Denial Management preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
