Position: Medical Biller (Night Shift only)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Billing Associate to support U.S.-based healthcare providers with backend billing operations. You must have valuable command of spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update patient information within the system
- Confirm patient insurance policy status through web or call
- Process claims using EHR software
- Enter remittance details in the software
- Follow up on unsettled claims via Web or by Call
- Perform additional related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Commerce
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Required Skills:

- Good written English communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency (Gmail, Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective internet research skills for resolving billing issues
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ethical work standards
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward team contribution
