1. JOB PURPOSE

To plan, coordinate, monitor, and control production activities to ensure that customer requirements are achieved on time with optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and production resources while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, and Project departments for smooth production flow.

- Prepare production schedules according to priority, material availability, manpower, machine capacity, and delivery requirements.

- Monitor production progress against the planned schedule and identify delays or bottlenecks.

- Prepare and maintain Production Planning Sheets, Daily Production Reports, and Production Status Reports.

- Check material availability and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for required raw materials, components, and consumables.

- Coordinate with the Design department to ensure availability of approved drawings, BOMs, and technical documents before production.

- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) at different stages of production.

- Follow up with production supervisors and operators regarding daily production targets.

- Identify production delays, shortages, machine breakdowns, manpower issues, and other constraints and escalate them to management.





- Coordinate with the Quality department to ensure inspection and testing are completed as per requirements.

- Monitor planned quantity vs. actual production quantity and analyze deviations.

- Maintain production-related records and ensure proper documentation for ISO requirements.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to production performance.

- Support production cost reduction by improving manpower, material, and machine utilization.

- Coordinate with dispatch/project teams to ensure completed products are available as per delivery requirements.

- Monitor rework, rejection, and production losses and coordinate with concerned departments for corrective action.

- Participate in production review meetings and provide updated production status.

- Maintain proper traceability of production orders, materials, and completed products.

- Perform any other PPC-related duties assigned by the management.

Customer Order → Production Requirement → Drawing/BOM Check → Material Availability → Manpower & Machine Planning → Production Schedule → Daily Target → Production Monitoring → Quality Inspection → WIP Monitoring → Finished Goods → Dispatch

Pay: ₹15,000.54 - ₹20,000.10 per month
