We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Mechanical Product Coordinator to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for a B tech graduate or diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering with certified training in SolidWorks and CAD design tools who wants to build a strong career in mechanical design and product coordination.

As a Mechanical Product Coordinator, you will work closely with senior engineers and project heads to translate design concepts into precise 3D models, track daily fabrication workflows, and learn end-to-end hardware development.

Experience & Eligibility

- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with a strong interest or demonstrated skills in mechanical design, solidworks, CAD modelling and product development .

Key Responsibilities

- CAD Modeling & Drafting: Create and update 2D drafting files and 3D models for enclosures, parts, and assemblies using SolidWorks and CAD tools under senior guidance.

- Project & Workflow Tracking: Assist in tracking project milestones, maintaining daily task sheets, and ensuring smooth coordination between design and prototyping teams.

- BOM & Sourcing Support: Help prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and coordinate component sourcing with approved vendors and project heads.

- Quality & Prototype Inspection:



Perform basic dimensional checks and physical verification of 3D-printed or fabricated mechanical components against CAD designs.

- Documentation & Traceability: Organize technical files, assembly guides, and project documentation for clear team reference and product traceability.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Graduate Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Preferred Skill : Certification or demonstrated proficiency in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or other standard CAD/design tools

- Technical Aptitude:
- Solid understanding of core mechanical design principles, 3D modeling, and 2D blueprint drafting.
- Familiarity with basic manufacturing concepts (e.g., sheet metal design, 3D printing, enclosure fittings).

Performance Expectations The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Complete assemblies accurately and within assigned timelines.
- Minimise wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly errors.
- Follow drawings, checklists, and engineering instructions consistently.
- Maintain proper documentation and product traceability.
- Report defects and design concerns before final assembly or dispatch.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work setting.
