Purpose of the Role To ensure maximum availability and reliability of production machinery and utilities through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, thereby supporting uninterrupted production, quality, safety, and customer delivery commitments.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems of press machines.

2.Analyse recurring failures and implement corrective actions. 3.Maintain air compressors, cooling towers, chillers, DG sets, pumps, boilers, water treatment systems, and utility piping networks.

1. Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.
2. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major breakdowns.
3. Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history Card
4. Maintenance of RO plant, Hydraulic Press machine,

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance within Automotive, Auto Components, NVH Manufacturing, Injection Molding, Thermoforming, Press Shop, or Industrial Manufacturing industries.
- Experience in handling production equipment and utility maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Requirements

- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including permanent/extended night shifts as per business requirements.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in a quick-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
