Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring the reliable and safe operation of plant machinery and equipment through effective preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, material planning, manpower coordination, and troubleshooting. The candidate should have good mechanical maintenance knowledge with basic exposure to pneumatics, hydraulics, machining and fabrication activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Execute and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities during shifts.
2. Plan and arrange required materials, spares and consumables for maintenance activities and process material requests through SAP HANA.
3. Coordinate maintenance manpower and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
4.



Troubleshoot mechanical equipment breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
5. Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and secure work practices during maintenance activities.
6. Coordinate with Production, machining and fabrication teams for equipment maintenance and development of mechanical components.
7. Prepare and maintain mechanical drawings for machining/fabrication requirements.
8. Maintain maintenance records, reports and key metrics using MS Office and support continuous improvement in equipment reliability.
