Your Job Role Summary: To Perform Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance Activities of Machine Shop - Engine Plant, Analysis of Breakdown, Time compleition / Corrective Action, Spares Management.
Your key deliverables will be:
- Troubleshooting and analysis of Machine Shop Breakdown.
- Adherence of all preventive maintenance plans and completion of breakdowns with minimum possible time.
- Troubleshooting of Makino Spindle, Draw Bar, Ball Screw and LM Rail / Guide. Washing Robot and SPM Operations.
- To ensure spares availability by proactive monitoring.
- To analyse the breakdowns and implement corrective actions on timely basis.
- Continual improvement to achieve cost effectiveness and organizational goals.
- Ensure protected working practices are being followed to maintain safe working envionrment in the shop.
- People Development through training to the team members for maintenance activities.
Essential Qualifcation: Bachelors degree in Automobile OR Mechanical OR Production.
Desired Qualification: Masters Qualification in related field.
Work Experience: Total 5+ years of experience in the industry with relevant hands on experience.
Preferred Industry Experience: Automobile industry.
