Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of automated systems, packaging machinery, conveyors, and utilities in an FMCG setup.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and tools (CMMS, ERP).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
