Key responsibilities:

- Preventive and predictive maintenance of cement-plant mechanical equipment.
- Breakdown troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Maintenance of kiln, raw mill, cement mill, crusher, conveyors, pumps, fans, gearboxes and other rotating equipment.
- Plan and execute annual/major plant shutdown maintenance.
- Monitor equipment condition and improve plant availability/reliability.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, work orders and reports.
- Plan critical spare parts and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, contractors and vendors.




- Follow plant safety procedures and ensure zero-harm maintenance practices.
- Control maintenance costs and support continuous-improvement activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, preferably using SAP/CMMS.
