Job Purpose

This Role holder is responsible for overall Maintenance activities for uninterrupted process of Production of Finished goods.

:

- Responsible for Planning for (Preventive Maintenace) of equipment and confirm it with Production as per operational availability.

- Lubrication checking of Critical equipment like (Homogenizer, Cream Separator, Gear Boxes, Compressors etc.,).

- Responsible for the preventive Maintenance of Pasteurizer, Fill pack Machines, Milk Pumps & Compressors etc.,

- Checking of Conveyor alignment, abnormal noise and vibration of machines.

- Responsible for checking of normal movement of horizontal & vertical Jaw, bearing condition, oil leakages & color changes.

- Responsible for monitoring the wear and tear of conveyor chain & sprockets, wheel condition of rotating equipments.

- Responsible for maintaining and updating all the records & logs relevant to standards.

- Responsible for monitoring the proper dispose of waste oil.

Qualification:

- Educational qualifications: Diploma /B.E. Mech

Experience

- Relevant experience :Fresher / Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience

Key Interactions:

- Internal: Interact with Maintenance and Production Department.
