- Identify, pursue, and secure EPC project opportunities in Civil Construction domain
- Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline through systematic tracking of tenders (e-procurement portals, GeM, CPP, state utility portals, multilateral-funded project notifications) & Private Players.
- Achieve annual order booking targets as agreed with the Management.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for recent geographies and client segments.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to position AEEPL as a preferred EPC partner.
- Manage post-award client engagement to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Tender Management & Bid Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end tendering process from identification and eligibility evaluation through bid preparation, pricing strategy, and submission.
- Project costing
- Conduct pre-bid site surveys, attend pre-bid meetings, and strategize on bid positioning.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, government policy changes (e.g. RDSS, Saubhagya, Jal Jeevan Mission, Smart Cities, National Infrastructure Pipeline), and upcoming capital expenditure programmes.
- Provide periodic market intelligence reports and strategic recommendations to the Management.
- Identify potential JV / consortium partners for large or specialised projects.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a small business development team (executives / managers).
- Set individual targets, review performance, and develop capabilities within the team.
