Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in flow meters, pumps, valves, and process instruments to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and systems crucial to water management, industrial processes, and related applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, fluid dynamics, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

- Develop conceptual designs and innovative solutions for flow meters, pumps, valves, and process instruments.

- Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software, ensuring designs meet performance requirements and regulatory standards.

- Implement design improvements based on feedback from testing, manufacturing, and end-users.

- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during production, including design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews and process optimization.

- Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.

- Maintain accurate records of design changes,



project milestones, and validation results.

- Basic & detail engineering activities including preparation of design basis report, equipment / system/ pipe sizing & hydraulic calculations, system description, equipment & piping layout

- Candidate shall have experience in doing feasibility study & details project report for various type of projects.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid works, AutoCAD) and mechanical principles.

- Experience designing flow meters, pumps, valves, or process instruments preferred.

Basic Skills:

- Problem-Solving

- Communication and collaboration abilities.

- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
