POSITION Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

QUALIFICATION

- MBBS from a recognized medical college
- Valid NMC / Uttar Pradesh Medical Council Registration

Experience

- Experienced MBBS candidates preferred
- Candidates with Hospital / IPD / Emergency experience will be an added advantage

SALARY ? ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per Month

- Negotiable based on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities

- Provide medical care and support to OPD and IPD patients
- Conduct initial patient assessment and clinical examination
- Monitor vital signs and treatment response
- Attend to emergency and urgent medical cases
- Provide initial stabilization and treatment as per hospital protocols
- Assist Consultants during rounds,



procedures and emergency management
- Promptly escalate critical cases to the concerned Consultant
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments
- Ensure timely investigations and follow-up of patients
- Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions and discharge documentation
- Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment and follow-up
- Follow hospital, infection-control and patient-safety protocols
