Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient operations, optimal resource utilization, and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibility

- Develop and implement production schedules in line with customer demands and inventory targets
- Monitor production workflows and identify bottlenecks or delays
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams for material availability
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, equipment, inventory)
- Analyze production data and generate performance reports
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage capacity planning and forecasting

Qualifications & Skills

- MBA in Operations Management, Production, or Supply Chain
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel, scheduling tools, and production software
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Exposure to Six Sigma, Kaizen, JIT is a plus
