Job Descrition - MBBS Doctor

About Vieroots:

Vieroots Wellness Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Doctor (MBBS) with a strong interest in Functional Medicine, Preventive Healthcare, Lifestyle Medicine, and Personalized Health.

The role involves leading patient consultations, clinical assessments, personalized health programs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Conduct comprehensive consultations and clinical assessments.
- Review medical history, symptoms, lifestyle factors, nutrition, and diagnostic reports.
- Develop and monitor personalized health and wellness plans based on clinical assessment and established protocols.
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to junior doctors and the healthcare team.
- Review and interpret relevant diagnostic and advanced health assessment reports.
- Monitor patient progress and provide appropriate clinical recommendations.
- Collaborate with nutritionists, genetic counsellors, health coaches, and other healthcare professionals.
- Lead clinical case discussions and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Counsel patients on preventive healthcare, lifestyle modification, nutrition, and long-term wellness.




- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, patient safety, and confidentiality.
- Stay updated with developments in Functional Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Preventive Healthcare, Nutrition, and Personalized Medicine.
- Engage in podcast sessions, live webinars and do reels as per the content and guidelines of Vieroots.

Requirements:-

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration/license to practice.
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
- Robust interest or experience in Functional Medicine / Lifestyle Medicine / Preventive Healthcare.
- Excellent clinical reasoning, patient management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior medical professionals.
- Strong interest in a root-cause and personalized approach to healthcare.

Preferred Experience Experience in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Wellness, Nutrition, Metabolic Health, Genetic Testing, or Microbiome-based healthcare will be an added advantage.
