Role & responsibilities

Revenue Management

Monitor sales performance and revenue across projects.

Analyze revenue trends and recommend strategies to improve profitability.

Prepare business dashboards, MIS reports, and performance analysis for management review.

Collections & Customer Receivables

Track customer collections and outstanding payments.

Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams to ensure timely collections.

Develop collection strategies and monitor recovery performance.

Present periodic collection reports and identify risks.

Marketing & Business Growth

Work closely with the marketing team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Analyze lead generation, conversion metrics, customer acquisition cost, and marketing performance.

Identify opportunities to improve sales funnel efficiency.

Support branding and business expansion initiatives.

Business Development

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Identify recent business opportunities, partnerships, and growth avenues.





Assist in feasibility studies and business case preparation for new ventures.

CEO's Office

Work directly with the managing director on strategic initiatives.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of key projects.

Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and action trackers.

Drive cross-functional projects and ensure follow-up until completion.

Support the MD in evaluating new business opportunities and operational improvements.

Process Improvement

Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Develop MIS systems, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

Ensure timely reporting and data-driven decision-making.
