Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot for MBA HR freshers. The HR trainee will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding and induction, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.

The role involves assisting in attendance and leave management, supporting payroll-related documentation, and helping administer employee benefits as per company guidelines. The HR trainee will also help organize employee engagement activities,



support performance appraisal processes, and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and compliance with HR standards.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR operations.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and willingness to learn their practical implementation.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling routine HR queries.
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate degree, preferably completed recently (fresher level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site office environment in Rajkot.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with HR documentation and reporting.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and a willingness to learn and grow within a regulated financial services organization.
- Ability to work full time with a starting salary up to INR 15,000 per month, subject to company policies.
