Job Summary

Maverick Realtors is looking for a Civil Draftsman / Junior Architect with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects. Candidates with prior experience in redevelopment of residential projects will be strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of civil and architectural drawings and should be capable of handling the drafting process from initial drawings through execution and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify civil and architectural drawings for residential projects.
- Prepare detailed working and execution drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Incorporate revisions and maintain updated drawings and documentation.
- Understand site requirements and make necessary drawing modifications.




- Coordinate drawings with actual site conditions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing drawings required for redevelopment and residential construction projects.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, layouts, details and specifications.
- Maintain proper records and versions of all drawings.
- Handle drafting activities end-to-end, from initial design/drawings through execution.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman / Junior Architect / Architectural Draftsman.
- Relevant Civil Draftsman / Architectural Draftsman certification or qualification.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting tools.
- Experience in residential construction is preferred.
- Candidates who have worked on residential redevelopment projects will be highly preferred.
- Should have a good understanding of civil construction drawings and architectural drawings.
- Should be able to understand and interpret drawings independently. Valuable coordination skills with architects, consultants and site teams.
