Mathematics / Abacus / Vedic Math Trainer

- Deliver training programs for school teachers in Mathematics, Abacus, and Vedic Mathematics.

- Train and support school faculty in implementing effective and innovative teaching methodologies.

- Visit assigned schools regularly to assist teachers in integrating recent pedagogical techniques into classroom teaching.

- Develop lesson plans, training materials, activities, and subject-specific content.

- Conduct classroom demonstrations, teacher training sessions, service visits, demos, and brush-up sessions.

- Support teachers in improving their subject knowledge and classroom teaching techniques.

- Provide guidance on sensory-based and activity-based learning methods.

- Train teachers across assigned locations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

- Conduct training related to standardized and competitive examinations such as NTSE and Olympiads.

- Create high-quality and engaging educational content for the assigned subjects.

- Document training activities, school visits, teacher feedback, and learning outcomes.

- Maintain regular communication with school management, teachers, and the internal training team.

- Travel throughout the assigned zone based on the designated base location.

- Provide academic and pedagogical support during school service visits.

- Ensure effective implementation of training programs and teaching methodologies.





- Coordinate with the organization to achieve training and academic objectives.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: Degree / Postgraduate / PhD in Mathematics.

- Experience: Preferably 1–5 years of teaching or training experience.

- Candidates with a strong teaching background will be preferred.

- Relevant experience in training teachers or teaching standardized tests such as NTSE and Olympiads is an advantage.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.

- Ability to create effective and engaging educational content.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.

- Ability to conduct demos, teacher training sessions, service visits, and brush-up sessions.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
