- Teach Management subjects to students according to the institute's academic requirements.

- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures and subject-related learning materials.

- Explain management concepts clearly using practical examples and case studies.

- Prepare assignments, assessments, practice questions, and study materials.

- Conduct doubt-clearing and revision sessions for students.

- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.

- Support students with academic guidance and mentoring.

- Stay updated with current management practices, business trends, and relevant academic developments.

- Maintain proper academic records and complete assigned teaching responsibilities on time.





- Coordinate with other faculty members and the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.
