Role Description The Mathematics Faculty – JEE Mains at Vedantu will deliver high-quality, concept-driven classroom sessions focused on JEE Mains Mathematics for senior secondary learners. This full-time, in office role is based in Chennai and involves planning and teaching lessons, explaining complex concepts clearly, and solving JEE-type problems in a structured manner.

Daily responsibilities include designing and updating lesson plans, creating practice questions and tests, analyzing student performance, and providing regular feedback to help learners improve. The faculty member will also participate in curriculum discussions, contribute to academic content development,



and collaborate with other teachers to maintain consistent teaching standards. Additional duties may include conducting doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring students for exam strategy, and supporting academic initiatives and workshops as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong subject expertise in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics relevant to JEE Mains; ability to explain fundamental and advanced concepts clearly.
- Working knowledge of related domains such as Physics and Statistics to support integrated problem-solving and interdisciplinary learning where appropriate.
- Experience in Curriculum Development for competitive exams, including designing structured lesson plans, practice materials, and assessments.
- Prior teaching experience in JEE Mains or similar competitive examinations, with a track record of student success.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Comfort with educational technology tools and willingness to adapt teaching methods to evolving student needs.
