Bakliwal Tutorials (BT) Navi Mumbai is one of India's fastest-growing premium JEE coaching institutes. Unlike traditional coaching centers burdened by paperwork, we operate on "Institute OS" — a custom-built, code-driven nervous system (built using Flutter & Python automation). This means our faculty spends 0% of their time on administrative overhead and 100% of their time doing what they love: teaching, mentoring, and cracking advanced mathematics.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an elite Mathematics Educator who is passionate about building concepts from first principles and training students to clear the toughest exam in the world: JEE Advanced.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver highly engaging, conceptually deep lectures in Mathematics for JEE Main & Advanced batches (Grades XI & XII).
- Design and review advanced problem sheets, test papers, and study material.
- Mentor students, diagnose performance bottlenecks,



and leverage our custom "Forensic Analytics" engine to predict and guide rank trajectories.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and guide students on test-taking strategies.

REQUIREMENTS
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech from an IIT, NIT, or equivalent top-tier technical university (IIT/NIT background is highly preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience training students specifically for JEE Advanced Mathematics. Outstanding freshers with exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong academic pedigree may also be considered.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep command over algebra, calculus, coordinate geometry, vectors, and combinatorics. Ability to solve challenging JEE Advanced problems live.
- Communication: Excellent command over spoken English, with a natural ability to connect with and inspire young minds.
