Role & responsibilities :

- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock boundaries for raw, packaging, and work-in-progress items.

RM/PM Forecasting: Utilize historical sales trends and software tools to predict future material volumes.

- Order Generation: Execute timely purchase requisitions and supplier orders to support the master schedule.
- Coordination with purchase: Liaise directly with purchase to track deliveries, address delays, and ensure timely delivery of materials to production
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with manufacturing, logistics, and demand planning departments.
- Data Integrity: Manage and update manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM) and master data parameters.
- Issue Mitigation: Resolve shipping cancellations, critical material shortages, and component quality issues.




- Cost Optimization: Minimize expediting fees, reduce excess storage costs, and handle obsolete stock.
