Role Overview

Galaxy Auto Works is seeking a highly experienced and technically sound Master Technician to join our premium automotive service team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with authorized luxury automotive dealerships, preferably brands such as BMW, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, or equivalent luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and other major automotive systems.
- Perform complex repairs including engine overhauls, transmission rebuilds, differential repairs, and electronic module reprogramming.
- Troubleshoot wiring harnesses, sensors, actuators, onboard computers, and CAN communication networks.
- Use computerized diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific diagnostic software.
- Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tyre rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Accurately document diagnostic findings, repair procedures, parts used, and labour details.
- Communicate diagnosis and repair recommendations professionally when interacting with customers.
- Conduct quality checks on completed repairs to ensure safety and workmanship.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians.




- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic techniques.
- Calibrate and fine-tune equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Identify, order, and replace defective parts efficiently.

Mandatory Requirements Educational Qualification – Any ONE:

- 2 years of full-time ITI, OR
- 3 years of full-time Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, OR
- 4 years of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a recognized institute.

Experience:

- 10–15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in authorized luxury dealerships is mandatory/preferred, such as:
- BMW
- Volvo
- Mercedes-Benz
- Audi
- Porsche
- Rolls-Royce
- Maserati
- Equivalent luxury automotive brands

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of automotive mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Expertise in advanced vehicle diagnostics.
- Proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple repair jobs and meet service timelines.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new automotive technologies.

Salary & Perks
- Salary: Starts from ₹60,000 onwards per month.
- Monthly salary increment from the starting month based on performance.
- Sunday fixed off.

Candidates must be able to present their original educational certificates and work-experience documents for verification. Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
