Role & responsibilities

- Operate marking machines used for marking orthopaedic implants and surgical instruments.

- Perform laser marking / dot-peen or other product-marking operations as required.

- Set up the machine and select appropriate marking parameters.

- Ensure correct depth, position, size, alignment and readability of markings.

- Inspect marked components using measuring and inspection instruments.

- Maintain proper identification and traceability of components.

- Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Follow company quality, safety and production procedures.

- Maintain production and inspection records.
