Role Description As a Marketing Specialist Intern at InPlay Sports Arena, you will support daily marketing activities that promote our programs, events, and community initiatives. This internship is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site work at the arena and some work-from-home flexibility. You will assist in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and helping develop strategies to increase brand awareness and participant engagement.

Day-to-day tasks include drafting marketing content, coordinating with coaches and operations teams for promotional activities,



supporting social media and digital outreach, and gathering feedback from customers to improve services. You will also help with basic sales support and customer communication during events, ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with participants, parents, and partners.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and support campaign planning.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to assist in lead generation, conversions, and promotional activities.
- Strong interest in sports, community engagement, and youth development is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, basic digital marketing tools, and content creation is an advantage.
