We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our Bangalore team and support our global marketing initiatives, working closely with our U.S.-based leadership and sales teams.

What You'll DoAs a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving awareness, lead generation, and client engagement across ARC's research, advisory, events, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities include

- Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web channels.
- Create and manage marketing content including emails, newsletters, landing pages, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Support webinars, online events, and executive conferences.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn marketing activities.
- Assist with marketing automation campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights.
- Develop marketing reports, dashboards, and campaign performance metrics.
- Coordinate with analysts and business leaders to promote research and thought leadership.
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM data quality.




- Assist with lead nurturing and demand-generation programs.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong content writing and editing capabilities.
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing and social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with international teams.

Preferred ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following is a plus:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing
- B2B technology marketing
- Industrial, manufacturing, software, AI, or supply chain markets
- Graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
