We are looking for a confident, creative and energetic Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our growing team.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other digital platforms and help build the brand through consistent and high-quality social media presence.

The ideal candidate should be excellent in English, confident in front of the camera and comfortable appearing in Reels, Shorts, videos and other content formats. She should be creative, well-presented, disciplined and genuinely passionate about content creation and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos and other social media platforms.
- Be comfortable and confident appearing on camera and presenting content.
- Develop creative ideas, hooks, scripts, captions and concepts for social media.
- Shoot and coordinate photos and videos of our design projects, kitchens, wardrobes, products, factory, experience centre and installations.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, production and sales teams to identify content opportunities.
- Manage the company’s day-to-day social media content and posting schedule.
- Assist with video editing, basic photography and content production.
- Stay updated with social media trends, Reels formats, trending audio, content styles and platform algorithms.
- Help develop campaigns and promotional content for the brand.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest ways to improve reach,



engagement and followers.
- Maintain a consistent, premium and professional brand image across all platforms.

- Genuine interest in Instagram, YouTube, Reels and digital content creation.

- Highly punctual, sincere, dedicated and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in social media marketing, content creation, digital marketing, lifestyle, interiors, architecture, furniture or similar industries will be preferred.

Important This is a content-focused role. We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys creating content, is comfortable being the face of the brand and is willing to consistently appear in videos.

Candidates with similar previous experience and a portfolio/social media profile demonstrating their content work will be preferred.
