Promote the company’s products and services and generate new business opportunities. Identify potential clients and follow up on leads.

Conduct market visits, meetings, presentations, and client discussions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other marketing-related documents. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Achieve monthly/quarterly marketing and business development targets. Maintain records of clients, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate degree in any relevant discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an advantage.



Prior experience in marketing, sales, business development, or the healthcare/lifesciences sector is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email. Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits. Target-oriented, confident, responsible, and self-motivated.
