About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for our hospitality and lifestyle business. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working with pre-opening hotels, resorts, or hospitality projects in Hyderabad and should understand the complete journey from brand launch and market positioning to lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for pre-opening and operational hospitality projects.
- Lead pre-opening marketing activities, including brand positioning, market research, launch campaigns, PR, digital marketing, and partnerships.
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, events, and other relevant channels.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Revenue, F&B;, Events, and Leadership teams to drive business and brand visibility.
- Plan and manage property launches, promotional campaigns, events, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive lead generation and campaigns for rooms, F&B;, banquets, weddings, MICE, wellness, and events.
- Manage digital marketing agencies, creative agencies, PR partners, photographers, and other external vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing ROI, customer engagement, and competitor activities.
- Develop marketing calendars, budgets, presentations, and regular performance reports.




- Ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing within the Hospitality industry.
- Mandatory experience in at least one hotel/resort pre-opening project in Hyderabad.
- Candidates currently working or previously associated with 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, premium hospitality brands, or established hotel groups will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospitality pre-opening marketing, brand launches, digital marketing, PR, events, partnerships, and lead generation.
- Experience in marketing banquets, weddings, MICE, F&B;, rooms, wellness, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and agency management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment.

Mandatory Criteria
