Role Description The Marketing Manager – Fabrics and Home Textiles is a full-time, in office role based in Erode. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote sustainable fabrics and home textile products to international and domestic markets. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing brand positioning, coordinating with sales and production teams, and creating marketing materials and content tailored to buyers, designers, and retailers.

The Marketing

Manager will analyze market trends,



work closely with clients to understand their requirements, support product launches, and participate in trade shows or buyer meetings as needed. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets, and maintaining consistent communication that reflects the company’s values of ethical, eco-friendly, and design-led manufacturing.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing and brand management skills, with experience in textile, apparel, or home furnishings sectors.

- Proficiency in developing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and trade marketing.

- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.

- Experience in B2B marketing, client relationship management, and coordination with sales and production teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to create clear, persuasive marketing content.

- Understanding of sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices, certifications (such as GOTS, GRS), and eco-friendly textiles is highly beneficial.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Textiles, or a related field; prior experience as a marketing manager or similar role preferred.

- Comfort working on-site in Erode, engaging closely with production teams and visiting clients or trade events as required.
