About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of Dreamiens’ day-to-day marketing activities, including digital marketing, content, campaigns, lead generation and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Manage social media content and coordinate reels, posters, videos and other creatives.
- Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar.
- Set up and manage Meta Ad campaigns for lead generation.
- Track campaign performance, leads and marketing metrics.
- Coordinate promotions for webinars, workshops and other events.
- Work with designers, video editors, freelancers and external agencies.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Management teams for lead generation and marketing activities.




- Maintain marketing reports and trackers.
- Support brand-building and digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and social media marketing.
- Good understanding of content marketing and lead generation.
- Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
