Job Overview

Dr Expert Edulinks and Dr Expert Academy are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our Digital & Offline Marketing operations.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across performance marketing, social media, brand marketing, events, campaigns, partnerships, and offline promotional activities to generate quality leads and drive business growth.

We are looking for someone who can plan, execute, monitor, analyze, and take complete ownership of marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Performance Marketing

Plan and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, CAC and overall campaign ROI.

Optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Coordinate with creative/content teams for high-performing ad creatives.

Develop remarketing and conversion-focused campaigns.

Monitor source-wise and campaign-wise lead performance.

Offline Marketing

Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns across Kerala and other target markets.

Identify and develop opportunities with schools, colleges, educational institutions, student communities, and relevant organizations.

Plan seminars, career guidance programs, education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.

Coordinate with external vendors for banners, hoardings, brochures, print media, events, and other offline activities.

Track the performance and ROI of offline marketing activities.

Develop strategies to generate measurable leads through offline channels.

Explore new offline marketing opportunities and partnerships.

Brand Marketing

Strengthen the brand presence of Dr Expert Edulinks and Dr Expert Academy.

Develop campaigns to build trust among students and parents.





Ensure consistency in brand messaging across digital and offline channels.

Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and market expansion.

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads.

Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Monitor the complete funnel from Lead → Qualified Lead → Counseling → Registration/Admission.

Identify gaps in the marketing funnel and implement corrective strategies.

Events & Campaigns

Plan and execute webinars, seminars, workshops, education fairs, and admission campaigns.

Manage promotional activities before, during, and after events.

Develop campaigns to maximize registrations and conversions.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for successful execution.

Market & Competitor Research

Monitor competitors and their digital/offline marketing activities.

Research market trends, student preferences, and recent marketing opportunities.

Identify potential markets and customer segments for business expansion.

Team & Agency Coordination

Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, CRM, content, and creative teams.

Manage external agencies, vendors, designers, printers, event partners, and other marketing resources.

Ensure campaigns and marketing activities are completed on time.

Take ownership of marketing targets and outcomes.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.

Experience in offline marketing and event marketing is additional.

Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Marketing, and digital marketing.

Valuable understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Experience managing marketing agencies/vendors will be an advantage.

Experience in Education, EdTech, Study Abroad, Healthcare Education, or similar sectors is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and team-management skills.

Willingness to travel for marketing activities and events when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be someone who can combine strategy with execution.

You should be comfortable working with numbers, managing campaigns, coordinating teams, planning offline activities, and taking responsibility for the final business outcome.
