Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives, manage client projects, and supervise the marketing team. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project delivery, strong client relationships, and effective execution of digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, paid advertising, content, and website campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and monitor multiple client projects from briefing to final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding requirements and providing regular project updates.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate the digital marketing team to achieve campaign and project objectives.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work is delivered on time and to quality standards.
- Prepare campaign reports, analyse performance, and recommend improvements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and internal coordination.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, Google Ads, content marketing, and analytics.
- Proven experience in project management, client management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project-management, CRM, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a digital marketing agency or service-based organisation is preferred.
