Turtle Marketing Management Trainee (MT) Program

- a structured 1-year development program designed to build a pipeline of future-ready marketing professionals while strengthening Turtle’s capabilities across brand building, omnichannel marketing, partnerships, digital growth, retail marketing and creative communication.

Key Responsibilities

Product Storytelling

- Work closely with the Fashion Design and Product teams to understand seasonal collections, inspirations, fabrics, trends, fits and product USPs.

- Translate product concepts into compelling customer-facing stories.

Brand Communication

- Develop integrated communication for seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.

- Create communication for retail stores, website, digital platforms, visual merchandising and marketing collateral.

Content & Social Media

- Assist in planning and managing social media content calendars.

- Create campaign ideas, reels, captions, scripts and engagement initiatives aligned with Turtle’s brand philosophy.




- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.

Website & Digital Content

- Support website merchandising, campaign landing pages and product storytelling.
- Create SEO-friendly product and campaign content that enhances customer engagement.

AI-enabled Creative Development

- Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, copywriting, mood boards, campaign concepts, presentations, storyboards and visual references.
- Research emerging AI platforms and recommend cutting-edge applications for marketing and creative productivity.

Creative Collaboration

- Collaborate with Graphic Design, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising and external creative partners.
- Support photoshoots, campaign planning, seasonal launches and content creation.

Educational Qualification Fresh Graduate or Masters in Fashion Communication or Fashion Marketing discipline in 2026 from NIFT, Kolkata or any other leading NIFT campus.
