Job Title: Marketing Intern

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Work Mode: Full-time; based in Pune

Responsibilities

- Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
- Support Online Reputation Management (ORM) by monitoring brand mentions, comments, reviews, and online conversations and escalating relevant queries or concerns.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and marketing strategies.
- Research relevant topics, trends, awareness days, and content opportunities for the brand.
- Design basic marketing creatives and assets using tools such as Canva.
- Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and support the execution of the marketing and social media content calendar.
- Track social media and campaign performance metrics and help prepare performance reports and insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on branding, promotional, events, and marketing projects.
- Support audience and community engagement across relevant digital platforms.

Requirements




- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, branding, and content creation.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Curious, creative, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and experiment.
- Ability to research trends, understand audiences, and think creatively about content and campaigns.
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics and analytics is an added advantage.
