? We’re Hiring: Marketing Intern | Debe Learning

At Debe Learning, we’re looking for a smart, creative, and proactive Marketing Intern who understands what makes people stop scrolling, click on an ad, and engage with a brand.

This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely interested in social media, performance marketing, content, and advertising and wants hands-on experience building and growing a consumer brand.

What you’ll work on:• Take ownership of Meta ad ideation and creation — from finding strong concepts to getting creatives produced

- Research and identify UGC creators/agencies that fit our brand and budget
- Analyse competitor ads and identify creatives, hooks, formats, and messaging that are performing well
- Shortlist solid ad references and adapt winning ideas for Debe Learning
- Coordinate with UGC creators — including selecting the right actors, briefing them, and suggesting changes to scripts and edited videos
- Work on our Instagram and YouTube presence
- Plan, strategise, and publish social media content consistently
- Brainstorm new content formats, campaigns, hooks, and growth ideas
- Track what is working and continuously improve our marketing creatives





We’re looking for someone who:✅ Understands social media trends and knows what makes content engaging

✅ Has a basic understanding of Meta ads and digital marketing

✅ Has strong communication skills and is comfortable coordinating with creators/agencies

✅ Is presentable, confident, and articulate

✅ Has a good creative sense and attention to detail

✅ Is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership

✅ Can research independently instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions
