We are young, independently owned, and building something ambitious.

THE ROLE

You are the communication layer between the founder and every external team.

Social media, PR, events, creators, influencers — you manage the relationships, run the briefings, follow up on every deliverable, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

The founder drives the vision.

You make sure it gets executed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

— Own communication with our social media team: briefs, approvals, feedback, scheduling

— Own communication with our PR team: media coverage, creator relationships, follow-ups, deliverables

— Own communication with our events team: logistics, guest lists, coordination, post-event content

— Manage relationships with creators, media, agencies, collaborators, and external partners

— Manage Zomato, Swiggy, Google, and all platform listings, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date

— Be the first point of contact for incoming media, creator, and partnership enquiries

— Consolidate everything into one clear update for the founder: what matters, what is pending, and what needs attention

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

This role sits at the centre of the business.

You will see brand building, PR, marketing, event execution, partnerships, licensing, operations, hospitality,



and business strategy happen in real time.

You will learn how a restaurant actually operates.

How a brand is built from scratch.

How media relationships are developed.

How cultural IPs are created and scaled.

How ideas become movements.

Most jobs teach you a function.

This role teaches you how a business works.
